Optionetics has quite an informative website, with a ton of information about stocks and commodities. 

I think the problem with groups like Optionetics is that they prey on peoples desire for killer profits. They make it look so easy that anyone should expect to make 100% return every year with no possible downside as a minimum. The fact of the matter is, that options do offer some great leverage, and it is possible to make 100% or more in a year, but the risk profile is much higher than for stock, and possibly one could argue it is even higher than for futures.
