One of the reasons he started this company was to give his high-priced seminars more promotion. According to my source, the Better Business Bureau in Salt Lake City gave the Stefanchik Organization an "unsatisfactory" rating.

John Stefanchik also started selling real estate courses through the Beringer Corporation, with the help of Atlas Marketing, Inc. According to my source, the Federal Trade Commission obtained an injunction against John Stefanchik and the above-named companies for deceptively marketing and selling a program that claimed to teach consumers how to make large amounts of money quickly by buying and selling mortgage paper.

John Stefanchik has now has now been stopped from making false earnings claims about his program, and from making false claims that their program coaches have substantial experience in the paper business, and are readily available to assist consumers.
